Last summer I planned a great vacation with my girlfriends, a ladies only trip to get away from our work stress, in order to rejuvenate from a very busy period. We all work in a very busy advertising agency on different projects and needed a break. For several week’s we all lived on five hours of sleep and a lot of caffeine and once we decided to get together for a two-week trip around Latin America I took it upon me to plan the group trip. None of us has ever been and it was a very exciting adventure to take. We didn’t spare any expenses and booked our trip in February.
Everything was great until my manager decided to crash my dream trip with a last minute project. I was asked to delay my vacation. I told my manager that I couldn’t do that as it was a planned group trip, already paid for in full. She didn’t care and it came down to her telling me that I either delay my vacation or I can extend my vacation indefinitely, meaning not to return. I was very disappointed, but losing my job was not an option. One of my girlfriend’s sister took my place on the trip and I was stuck the summer month’s working half-hearted on a project.
My anger towards my manager and her unreasonable demand led me to look for another job which was no easy task. As the summer past I still had no luck in finding a better job, but just as I gave up hope and decided to accept the current circumstances the brother of one of my friend’s suggested to take a look at forex trading. He told me that if I am in no rush to find a temporary solution and if I have the patience to work on a permanent solution to my problem, that forex trading me be just right for me. I was familiar with the term forex trading, but had not idea about how to approach it.
I asked my friend’s brother if he could take a lunch break with me and introduce me to the basics, point me in the right direction and I would take it from there. He met me a few days later and we had an extended lunch where answered my questions and set me on the right path. I spend the next few month’s educating myself on the topic and when I felt that it was time to give it a go, I realized that I had no trusted forex broker. I don’t trust online reviews as they are often very misleading so I called my friend’s brother and asked him where he was trading. He suggested PaxForex to me as he was a client of theirs for over three years and had only positive experiences to share.
I opened an account with PaxForex the next day. I didn’t know at that time that I took the first step into a bright new future. I was convinced that through forex trading I could become financially independent and live my life the way I want and not according to my manager’s schedule. I knew that I had to learn how to trade which involved losses at first. I highly recommend that new traders skip demo trading as it only wastes your time. Using small live accounts and learning how to trade is one piece of advice I managed to get from a professional trader I crossed paths with as his firm contracted our agency. This was probably the best I got out of my previous job.
This all happened fours year ago. I quit my job at the ad agency six months ago. Now I work part-time at a boutique by the beach which is owned by a friend’s relative and the rest of my income comes from forex trading. I think in the next year or two I can rely solely on revenues earned from trading, but I doubt that I will ever be without a part-time job. It is fun to work with colleagues, get out of the office and be social. All my friend’s work as well so having a part-time job plus trading forex is the best combination for me.
I would like to share with you the three most important things I have done which allowed me to achieve my adventure into forex freedom. The first thing I have done is educate myself until I felt I was ready to engage into forex trading. I know many like to rush into the great lifestyle, but without the hard work required it will be an unsuccessful venture. The second thing is that after I made my first deposit with PaxForex, I made smaller monthly deposits over three years. This helped me build my account balance to the proper size needed. The third thing is to be patient and not have a short time frame in mind. I didn’t care about weekly or monthly performance. My goal was anchored on annualized returns. Are you ready to start your adventure into forex trading? Take the first step now with a PaxForex trading account.
