Labour Day Promo Terms & Conditions

1. Every client that made a deposit from 26 of August till 15 of September more than 500 $ ( all countries) is eligible to request recover any transfer fees for the deposit from broker’s processing company side made during this promo period and has a right to choose 4 trades to recover spread by PaxForex.  
2. Every client that made a deposit from 26 of August till 15 of September more than 1000 $ ( all countries) is eligible to request recover any transfer fees for the deposit from broker’s processing company side made during this promo period and has a right to choose 10 trades to recover spread by PaxForex.  
3. Every client that made a deposit from 26 of August till 15 of September more than 1500 $ ( all countries) is eligible to request recover any transfer fees for the deposit from broker’s processing company side made during this promo period and has a right to choose 15 trades to recover spread by PaxForex. 
4. Every client that made a deposit from 26 of August till 15 of September more than 3000 $ ( all countries) is eligible to request recover any transfer fees for the deposit from broker’s processing company side made during this promo period and has a right to choose 30 trades to recover spread by PaxForex.  
5. The Paxforex will recover spread only for trades opened and closed from 26 of August till 1 of October 2019.
6. The Paxforex will recover spread only for up to 30 qualified trades maximum. 
7. The lot size of each trade should not exceed 1 Standard Lot and to only trade on Major Currency Pairs: EUR/USD, USD/JPY, GBP/USD, USD/CHF, AUD/USD, USD/CAD and NZD/USD.
8. The recovery credit cannot be transferred between accounts.
9. In order to withdraw recovery credit the client should trade 1 Standard Lot for each 10$ provided to him by the company from the moment when recovery credit was added to his account. The client can withdraw all recovery credit only when the sum of the required lots will be traded.  
10. If the client will make even partial withdrawal of his personal funds before all required number of lots will be traded - the recovery credit will be deducted from his account in full size. 
11. Funds transfers between accounts are not considered as initial deposit.
12. To get spread refunding the client need to send request with the list of numbers of trades till September 30, 2019.
13. This promotion can be canceled at the discretion of the company and will remain in effect for as long as the company sees fit to provide it based on the terms and conditions outlined here and in the customer agreement.
14. PaxForex may make changes to these Promotion Terms and will notify you of these changes by posting the modified terms on the PaxForex website.
15. PaxForex advises you to revise these Promotion Terms regularly, and by your continued use of the PaxForex website and services that you accept any such modified terms.

Any dispute or situation not covered by these Promotion Terms will be resolved by our management in a manner it deems to be the fairest to all concerned. That decision shall be final and/or binding on all entrants. If these Promotion Terms are translated into a language other than English, then the English version of the Rules will be prevailing.
