“Insurance” Promo Terms & Conditions

1. Every client that made a deposit from 16 December to 01 February 2020 more than 500 $ is eligible to request recover any transfer fees for the deposit from broker’s processing company side made during this promo period and has a right to choose 1 single trade that will be recovered by PaxForex. The loss caused by this trade should not exceed 15% from the initial deposit made during the Promo period duration.
2. Every client that made a deposit from 16 December to 01 February 2020 more than 1500 $ is eligible to request recover his transfer fees for the deposit made during this promo period and has a right to choose 1 trade that will be recovered by PaxForex. The loss caused by this 1 trade should not exceed 20% from the initial deposit made during the Promo period duration. 
3. Every client that made a deposit from 16 December to 01 February 2020 more than 3000 $ is eligible to request recover his transfer fees for the deposit made during this promo period and has a right to choose 2 trades that will be recovered by PaxForex. The loss caused by these 2 trades should not exceed 25% from the initial deposit made during the Promo period duration. 
4. Every client that made a deposit from 16 December to 01 February 2020 more than 5000 $ is eligible to request recover his transfer fees for the deposit made during this promo period, has a right to choose 3 trades that will be recovered by PaxForex and can get free VPS for 1 month upon request. The loss caused by these 3 trades should not exceed 30% from the initial deposit made during the Promo period duration. 
5. The Paxforex will recover with Deposit Bonus only trades opened and closed during 30 days from the moment the client deposited the required amount to take part in the current promo.
6. The maximum volume of the trade that will be recovered should be not more than 0,5 standard lot.
7. The bonus cannot be transfered between accounts.
8. The bonus amount is only for trading and cannot be withdrawn.
9. Funds transfers between accounts are not considered as initial deposit.
10. This promotion can be canceled at the discretion of the company and will remain in effect for as long as the company sees fit to provide it based on the terms and conditions outlined here and in the customer agreement.
11. PaxForex may make changes to these Promotion Terms and will notify you of these changes by posting the modified terms on the PaxForex website.
12. If the client wants to take part in one more promo after he already took part in one of our offers of PaxForex New Year Promotion 2020, he needs to open a new trade account and deposit it with at least 1000 $. 
13. PaxForex advises you to revise these Promotion Terms regularly, and by your continued use of the PaxForex website and services that you accept any such modified terms.

Any dispute or situation not covered by these Promotion Terms will be resolved by our management in a manner it deems to be the fairest to all concerned. That decision shall be final and/or binding on all entrants. If these Promotion Terms are translated into a language other than English, then the English version of the Rules will be prevailing.
